Not a huge fan of the typography, but the color gradient and texture is nice enough to give this flyer a few extra seconds to stare at.  Designed by Diego Herrera for the upcoming music and art event, Tonalism, in Eagle Rock / Los Angeles.

Nueva Forma Kontrast Posters & Art by Color Cubic

Color Cubic is the talent behind some of the best designs out there lately, and the work that they've done for Nueva Forma's Kontrast, an AV event in Portland.  Check out the detail shots on the original project page on Behance just to see how much depth was invested in these designs.

Really liking the colors and illustration style on this flyer for the upcoming Yelp Sunset Showdown in Richmond.

Extra Large Flyers by Burlesque of North America

Everything Minneapolis-based Burlesque of North America does is golden, even these party flyers for Extra Large events.  While their screenprinted gig posters are jaw dropping and can be extremely detailed, even when they do a simple quickie of a party flyer it still screams awesomeness.

LA Event Flyer: Get Fed at the Federal Bar

I'm usually a sucker for anything with the textures, thick seriffed fonts, badges and borders mocking currency.  This is a cool one for an event at the Federal Bar in Los Angeles this weekend.
