While perusing Monster Brains I stumbled upon a collection of Russian Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comic illustration from the 80s-90s portraying the friendly muscled-out turtles in situations that I only thought existed in my child hood dreams. Not too sure about how the plot in these would play out given some of the characters they encounter, but these are still an interesting take on the original illustration work of the usual look of the TMNT we are use to.

Attack of the Robots by Jesse Philips
Originally from Pennsylvania but based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jesse Philips draws much of his inspiration from comic books and is big on articulate illustration. After seeing some of his work up on Mondo I found a lot of really cool posters that he's done. It seems he has an infatuation with heavily-armed-attack-ready-personified robots.
