Rafael Nascimento is an art director from São Paulo, Brazil and this week's Reader Submission Of the Week.  He's finally made his submission after all this time in holding back his work, and has done lots of great flyer work for Chippanze.org.

RSOW -- Rui Torres

Rui Torres is a graphic designer and illustrator who goes by the moniker "Anoik" and is from Barcelos, Portugal with some pretty cool illustrated poster sets.  Definitely a lot more on the grungy side and not your typical kind.
