Monday Music Goodness

Don't listen to this song unless you want catchy guitar hooks jangling in your head for the rest of the day. The video is worth a look if you're up for a fun colorful psychedelic collage stacked with jet skiing giraffes, lightning bolts, and lots of tripped out randomness.

The mashup/indie/hiphop world has gotten outta control in the last few years. Seems like everyone with a mic and a hardon for Pitchfork's best new tracks section wants to wild out with Pro Tools. G-Eazy's new mixtape is a welcome addition to a genre that needs more finesse. Hope ya'll dig the flows and production on this joint.

I was lucky enough to hear the Trackademicks rework of this track on the radio and really dug the lushed out downtempo beats. Everything Little Dragon touches is sex, but this remix takes it up a notch.
