Remix Goodness

I've just gotten around to going through this remix album LA's Alpha Pup Records put out for producer Take a few months back. If you're into IDM, hip hop beats, or anything coming outta the LA beat scene, you'll wanna poke around youtube for more remix goodness. The Tokimonsta mix has been an especially good one for kick starting my brain's beta-wave get shit done mode.

I hadn't heard of Mokhov before coming across this remix, but will keeping an eye on his bandcamp profile from here out. His edit of this Fridge track adds some punch to an otherwise sedate and ethereal sound.

Classic Penguin Book Covers

Some mostly Penguin, but a few Pelican vintage book covers scanned and archived for life.  Can't let things like these go to waste, otherwise it would be a damn shame if we lost track of what book cover design looked like decades ago.

A pretty cool flyer from the other week for a Droid Behavior night in Los Angeles.

Flyer for Holy Ship - A HARD Cruise Ship Rave

This is a pretty cool, simple flyer for HARD's Holy Ship coming up.  Interesting event concept, needless to say.
